Now that we've had a consistent crew together for awhile, it's feeling like we're a team instead of just a bunch of guys who train together. And since we have some videos and photos from last weekend's open mat challenge in Milpitas, it seemed like a good idea to start a blog.
So feel free to post anything relevant. Some technique videos, MMA news, upcoming events or field trips, whatever.
